Vadim Kurland 5acc923883 * PolicyCompiler_iosacl.cpp (PolicyCompiler_iosacl::addDefaultPolicyRule):

compiler for IOS ACL added only inbound automatic rule to permit
ssh access from the management workstation but did not add a rule
to permit reply packets. This fixes #993

config_tests

building on CentOS5.2 Using "CONFIG += dbus" in .pro files including configure test; workaround breaks on centos and is hard to fix and maintain. If CONFIG construct does not work on some old Linuxes , then there will be no fwbtransfer support
