Theron Tock 2ee4869fac Catch exception inside preprocessor loop so that loop continues after

error (for unit tests).  Also make sure to set ".loaded" variable before
calling loadFromSource so that if an exception happens we won't try to
load it again later.

Fixes #2542.

building on CentOS5.2 Using "CONFIG += dbus" in .pro files including configure test; workaround breaks on centos and is hard to fix and maintain. If CONFIG construct does not work on some old Linuxes , then there will be no fwbtransfer support
