Theron Tock 216dd1a2fb Make sure DEPENDPATH has same stuff as INCLUDEPATH, otherwise when files

change in other directories the dependent files don't get recompiled.

Fixed up INCLUDEPATH in various places.

Removed -pthread as an INCLUDEPATH (leads to bogus -I-pthread).

building on CentOS5.2 Using "CONFIG += dbus" in .pro files including configure test; workaround breaks on centos and is hard to fix and maintain. If CONFIG construct does not work on some old Linuxes , then there will be no fwbtransfer support
