7d111ef92b user adapt the ebuild to use PEP517 
use pypi.eclass (I check download with ebuild pyinsteon fetch)
remove redundant and unnecessary dependencies
remove the test because it does not have in pyppi
Requiere voluptuous instead of pyyaml (commit f84674faa3)

Check with pkgcheck 0.10.22
