NovapaX 24bafceb71 Remove tap highlight on mobile Safari (#911 )

* remove tap highlight

* indentation fix
removing tab that was already there

* Best of both worlds
Makes tap higlight visible on clickable elements on cards. (provides
some basic tap-feedback on iOS safari)

* allow highlight on sidebar links, add comment
