Because there is no picotts on gentoo and it's use by many people that want a basic Txt-To-Speach engine for home-assistant It could be great to have an ebuild for nanotts that is an improved version of picotts that compile easily on amd64.

Note: nanotts is better than picotts because picotts only create a wav file that need to be played by another tool while nanotts permit to write a wav file, output as PCM sound for pipe usage or to play directly sound.
