It seems that hass-nabucasa needs jose module, installed by python-jose package.
Please add it to hass-nabucasa dependencies list

On my production box, these jose implementations are running:

Though I messed up the deps for 0.78 with the dev branch, there is not reference for python-jose to be found.

Looks like its pulled in by pycongito-2023.5.0 anyway.
It's replaced then by pyjwt[crypto]>=2.8.0 in pycongito-2024.2.0
