It's no longer in tree I guess.

   The following unavailable installed packages were found
             dev-python/rich-10.16.2

The issue was that the dev-python/httpx matching version in main tree was removed. It still is in in this repo. I installed the ::HomeAssistantRepository version and this solved the rest of the @world issue. This allowed me to install =dev-python/rich-10.16.2-r1::HomeAssistantRepository without issue.

Ah, OK, made me wonder.
Now we have daily full compilation checks for the -min and the -med Ebuild on Github.
