While the 2.6.3 ebuild installs just fine, the -r1 ebuild reverts the SRC_URI from github.com to pypi.org. The tar.gz packages are not the same in size or sums.

Looks like the -r1 didn't receive this change back in September (8ae4aef541).

Perhaps you only need to remove the cached source file in your DISTFILES dir.
Imho the files must not be the same, though they have the same name.

Next time when I do a rev like this, I will make sure that the 2nd cache file is using a different name, sorry for that.

I can confirm that the file used by -r1 runs fine here on my production box.
